Yoga is rooted in care for the self. A practice for the body, the mind, the spirit and connection through breath, movement and stillness.

This series of 3 workshop is ideal for anyone new to yoga, returning to yoga or a practicing yogi wanting more refinement. You will be learn ways to increase flexibility, relieve stress, build strength & create a sense of balance and wellbeing.

Practices will include learning the basics and fundamentals of physical postures (Asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama), relaxation exercises (including a guided relaxation), and meditation. We will explore the foundations of postures and the practice of flowing through the postures. This will give you the opportunity to experience different types of yoga and prepare you to feel comfortable in group classes. Individual attention and adjustments will be offered as needed and desired. Each participant will receive a discount on future class purchases.
