Active Cleanse (7 Days):

Experience a nourishing and balanced, easy to make/delicious to eat, Ayurvedic diet crafted to keep you satisfied and energized throughout the week. This phase includes:

– Daily Guidance: Step-by-step instructions on meals, herbs, and routines tailored to your Dosha.

– Holistic Support: Access to private social media group and live group sessions for Q&A and community support.

– Intuitive Practices: Techniques to enhance your connection to your body and inner self.

– Self-Care Practices: Step-by-step guide to all daily routines and practices that will further support the cleansing and rejuvenation of your body and mind. 

Rest assured, this cleanse is designed to be gentle and supportive—no excessive bathroom trips or feelings of deprivation. Instead, you’ll focus on nourishing your body with wholesome foods and revitalizing practices.

Post-Cleanse (7 Days):  

As you transition out of the cleanse, you’ll receive guidance on how to reintroduce foods mindfully and integrate your newfound clarity into daily life. This phase includes:

– Reintroduction of Foods: Gradually add a variety of foods back into your diet while maintaining balance.
