Kirtan Path has been sharing their unique style of kirtan for more than 15 years, blending Sanskrit mantras with melodious tunes to foster a communal, meditative experience. They hail from the Twin Cities where they host monthly kirtans and Hanuman Chalisa gatherings, creating an inclusive atmosphere for spiritual and musical connection. Kirtan Path participated in many Midwestern chant events through the years, such as Bhakti Fest Midwest, Midwest Yoga and Kirtan Fest, Kirtan Fest Milwaukee, Twin Cities Kirtan Festival, Soul Family ReUnion, and many more. They recorded one album to date, titled Samgāyati – a gathering in song.
Sanskrit mantras are woven into melodies – the drone of the harmonium is combined with stirring vocals and the heart beat of the drum. Experience the energy and vibrations of communal singing, connecting to the Divine and each other in this meditative, peaceful, uplifting practice of Bhakti Yoga.
