Treat yourself to a beautiful restorative yoga practice!

Restorative Yoga is best described as a supported, conscious mind/body relaxation practice. As the name suggests, Restorative yoga helps to heal the body and restore your energies in a relaxed way. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax deeply and nourish the body by doing longer holds in fully supported poses. Be prepared to utilize a lot of props and the instructor will be there to assist every participant with the positioning to maximize their experience. 

This type of yoga is for all levels. This is the perfect practice to release stress, feel relaxed, renewed and connected to love! You will leave this 90 minute class feeling as if you’ve just had a massage for your soul.
