Our beautiful space is perfect for your next private event, workshop, class or gathering! Suite 1808 by Arise is a warm & inviting space that offers a great atmosphere. The venue is 1500 sq ft and includes a full kitchen. We offer a bluetooth audio system easily connected to any device. High quality black banquet tables & chairs for use of up to 60 people are included with every rental. We have plenty of parking in our two parking lots and additional street parking is available. Suite 1808 is a gorgeous place to make wonderful memories!

Event Rental Pricing:
Monday – Thursday / $220 for a 3 hour minimum / $50 per hour for every hour after
Friday – Sunday / $295 for 4 hour minimum / $65 per hour for every hour after
A 50% DEPOSIT ALONG WITH A $100 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR DATE. YOUR PARTY IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS MADE. Deposit is refundable if the party date is rebooked by another party. The balance of the total fee is due fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the event. In the event of late payment the party date may be opened to another party.
