I’m Elaine, creator of Heart Activation. I’m a self-published author of 2 books, certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner, Kundalini Yoga facilitator, Level 3 sound healer, and Peer Support Specialist. At the heart of it all, I’m devoted to leading you straight to the core of your own medicine, so your healing becomes power, and you build a life that feels like home.

 After a rapid Kundalini awakening in 2018,I was awakened to the innate truth that our heart is the doorway to living a life full of passion and purpose. It is then, that  I began seeing how much of my life had been shaped by coping mechanisms,addiction to outside sources, disconnection, and by the unconscious walls I built to feel safe, loved and accepted.

Over the years, I moved through multiple layers of recovery, trauma healing, and physical healing, and what I learned is that transformation isn’t about fixing who you are, it’s about unlearning who you had to become. I had to get to the core and rebuild who I actually was, underneath who I had been taught to be.

Heart Activation is the space I created for the gaps I couldn’t find in mainstream healing spaces, where mind, body, and heart come back into unity, and your experience is witnessed as a whole being, not a problem to fix.

All of my sessions, intensive programs, and inner healing workshops are uniquely crafted to connect your mind, body, and heart. 

Each offering is an experience that helps you feel safe and supported enough to begin releasing what you’ve been carrying, and receiving what you’ve been missing. 

They meet you exactly where you are, and guide you back to your own inner truth.

Outside of guiding others, I am a single Mother of 2 teenagers, Nature is My church, I love wholesome food, adventures- I am an avid runner, hiker and live with childlike wonder. I have obsessively studied astrology for 8 years and have an insatiable thirst for knowledge. I love the full spectrum of life and the unfolding of it.
