Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received on or before March 31, 2026, are eligible for a 50% refund of all payments made. After March 31, 2026, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, travel delays, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.

Participants may transfer their registration to another participant prior to the retreat by notifying the retreat organizers in writing and providing the replacement participant’s information. The original participant is responsible for arranging any registration transfer.

Arise Balanced Wellness reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In the event of retreat cancellation by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of payments made to Arise Balanced Wellness.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, travel interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
