Rika is a devoted health advocate for the connection between the mind, body, and soul. Her love of holistic health began as a personal journey of listening to the signs of her own body. She is currently a student of Human Design and furthering her interests in herbs, ayurveda, and yoga. In 2021 she received her massage license in her hometown of Kailua, O’ahu and is currently licensed to practice in WI. Since then she has worked in spas, acupuncture offices, and at the Disney Aulani resort.
With all of her work she strives to be a vessel of empowerment for those who are on their own healing journey. She enjoys warm food, travel, and one on one time with loved ones.
